Each day is a new opportunity for growth

Performance psychology coaching for athletes and performers in every realm who strive daily to be the best they can be at what they do.

What we do

Performing your best in a specific arena and thriving generally throughout life are not two different things. The happier and more fulfilled we are, the better we perform; and the more consistently we perform to our potential, the more overall well-being we experience.

Peak performance occurs when we are strong and whole in all areas of our lives. No matter the specialty area, we perform our best when we have the physical, mental, emotional, and social resources to successfully navigate any situation we encounter, when we have MENTAL STRENGTH.

At Begin Again we embrace this holistic approach to performance by helping you to not only develop but also apply those resources in the most efficient and effective ways.

Take a second to remember a time when you were “in the zone”…a time when you were fully present, the world was moving in slow motion, and your body was doing exactly what you wanted it to do even before you knew what you wanted it to do.

Think about how nothing existed for you in that moment but the things important to your performance. You were hyper-aware of everything relevant to what you were trying to do, your focus and attention were locked onto the task at hand, your energy levels were exactly where you needed them to be, your drive to succeed was powerful, your unwillingness to be held back by anything was unwavering.

In short, you were mentally, physically, and emotionally exactly where you needed to be to perform as well as you possibly could.

Wouldn’t it be nice to experience that feeling more consistently? Wouldn’t it be great to feel that way while practicing and performing/competing? Whether you’ve had a good day or a bad day? Whether you show up hurt? Or tired? Or frustrated?

Wouldn’t it be great to know without the shadow of a doubt that you have the MENTAL STRENGTH to consistently be at your best?
