What We Do

Begin Again provides services to teams at both the individual and group levels. Team cohesion, motivation, and performance are entwined with team members’ growth, buy-in, and overall well-being. So, if your desire is better motivation, higher levels of trust, or more effective communication, we can help.

Who We Help

Begin Again works with teams at all levels of competition, from youth recreational teams to Olympic and professional teams. Although teams at various levels are unique in many ways, what makes a team successful remains constant…a strong culture with shared values geared toward better performance and overall well-being. Whether creating a culture from scratch or altering an existing culture, Begin Again can help.

How We Help

Team Sessions

Team sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each team. Begin Again meets your team where it currently is in terms of communication, cohesion, trust, and motivation and provides services designed to move your team’s culture from where it is to where you’d like it to be. We work with coaches and athletes both separately and together to ensure that all team members understand and buy in to the values and behaviors necessary for your team’s success.

Leadership Development

Begin Again has over 10 years of experience helping leaders at all levels. We provide leaders with skills and resources that allow them to be at their best personally while at the same time creating a climate that fosters the success and well-being of those they lead.

Workshops and Keynote Speeches

Our workshops and talks are designed to provide education for athletes, coaches, and parents on important MENTAL STRENGTH concepts and skills essential for the overall success and well-being of athletes, coaches, and parents. Some of these topics include: the use of mental imagery for skill development, motivation, performance anxiety, and confidence; developing and sustaining motivation; managing doubt, fear, and nervousness; boosting and maintaining confidence; harnessing the body’s natural energy activation during performance; and gaining, retaining, and regaining attention.
